Indamer, has been appointed as the Authorised Service Centre for AgustaWestland A109E & A109S Helicopters in India. Under the Service Centre Agreement, Indamer is authorised for warranty repairs, AOG assistance, parts procurement and installation, helicopter assembly and de-assembly and carry out the maintenance & support activities. On a case by case basis, Indamer is also authorised to perform non-standard repairs and major repairs on airframe, systems and components not covered by the applicable technical documentation, upon approvals from AgustaWestland.

Embraer Executive Jets
Training is the basic requirement for functioning of any organization and it becomes more important in case of an MRO. It is important to meet all the regulatory & quality requirements, with a view to achieve the highest standard of safety and the best quality of job and to facilitate the continual improvement of processes & procedures.
Indamer, under its portfolio has set up a new vertical in the organization known as “INDAMER TRAINING ACADEMY”. The facility is approved by DGCA under CAR -2 Series E Cat “G” as a Specific Aircraft Type Training Organization as on 19th Aug 2013.
Academy was inaugurated on 26th Aug 2013 by Honorable DDG, Western Region, Mr. R. K Khanna and Indamer CEO Mr. Rajeev Gupta.
Training and recurrent trainings are of vital importance in the MRO Industry. The facility is first of its kind in the field of General Aviation and will cater not only to the need for in house development of manpower to meet the requirements of certifying staff on different type of aircraft maintained by Indamer but also to the industry Type Training requirements of various other MROs and operators in India. It will help the Industry players plan their future developments within smaller time frame and lesser costs.
Training organization will function under DGCA nominated post holders Mr. Rajeev Gupta (Accountable Manager) & Mr. Vinod Kumar (Chief Instructor).

Indamer Completes first ever Eurocopter EC120- 12 year inspection in India, the highest on EC120
Indamer has been maintaining the EC120 helicopter, VT-SDG, of Ghodawat Pan Masala at Kolhapur base. The aircraft came for the 144 months/12 year inspection in the month of June, all the inspection were completed in a span of 45 days With Indamer’s vast helicopter knowledge and experience, factory trained and endorsed engineers it was amazing to see how far the helicopter was stripped down in such little time and ready again.
The inspection covered 500hrs/24 months Inspection and 1500 hours/72 months & 144 months. 01 A&C AME, 01 Radio AME and 04 technicians worked on the helicopter to complete the required tasks.
Indamer has two (02) endorsed, factory trained A&C and 01 Radio AME on the EC120 helicopter.
Indamer, as on today, maintains various helicopters across India and is one of the leading players in helicopter maintenance.

Embraer Executive Jets signs MoU with Indamer for Legacy 500 Maintenance Support
Embraer Executive Jets has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Indamer Aviation Private Limited to provide maintenance support for the midsize Legacy 500 aircraft, expected entry into service in 2014. The Legacy 500 is currently in the flight test stage following the successful maiden flight of the first prototype on 27th November, 2012.
Indamer is one of an initial 17 service centers worldwide to enter into MoUs with Embraer Executive Jets for Legacy 500 product support. Indamer is committed to provide its customers quality service and largest range of products under its maintenance umbrella.
The MoU with Indamer extends the maintenance service provider’s mission in India, where it already offers line and base maintenance for the entire portfolio of Embraer’s Executive Jets in India. Indamer provides services for Embraer’s complete range of products, in India, including the entry-level Phenom 100, super-midsize Legacy 600, long-range Legacy 650 and ultra-large Lineage 1000.
Bell 407 -60 Monthly inspection carried out at Mumbai Base
Indamer has carried out the 60 Monthly (5 yearly) inspection at Mumbai base on Bell 407 helicopter. The inspection was carried out on VT OXF helicopter of ‘Oxford Group’. The inspection covered freewheeling unit, transmission, main rotor mast and tail gear box.
Indamer being equipped with all tools and special tools, approvals and qualified manpower, performed the inspection successfully in less than 10 days.
Indamer – Largest Business Aviation MRO in India
Indamer was awarded as the ‘Largest Business Aviation MRO in India’ at the Gala night of MRO India 2012. Mr. Saroj Datta and Mr. Kanu Gohain, Executive Director Indamer, were honored with the ‘Alka Sen Lifetime Achievement Award’ on the same occasion.

Indamer extended complete Logistics and Infrastructure support to Sikorsky S-92® ‘Legacy of Heroes’ helicopter at Mumbai
On April 13, 2012 Sikorsky S-92® helicopter touched down at the Juhu Airfield, Mumbai, for its last stop of what had been more than a month long demo tour of India. The demo at Mumbai was to last for a week, before the aircraft would return to the USA.
Indamer Aviation Private Limited, the first General Aviation MRO in India, with its hangar at the Juhu Airport dedicated to rotary wing, provided Logistics and Infrastructure support to the aircraft during its weeklong stay at Juhu airport, Mumbai.
The S-92 helicopter was in Mumbai conducting demonstrations for Corporate, Governments, US Counsel, NGO’s and the Armed Forces.
Our aircraft maintenance and repair organization is a DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) Part- 145 approved MRO for Sikorsky S76C++™ aircraft. Presently, Indamer has four aircraft maintenance
engineers trained and endorsed on Sikorsky S76C++ helicopters, and Indamer maintains one S76C++ of Government of Maharashtra.
Indamer provided the hangar facility for the aircraft to be parked during the non-flying hours, meetingroom for the crew of the helicopter, ‘The Fliers’ lounge for Sikorsky clients and visitors, infrastructure for media briefing and transportation inside the Juhu airport. Indamer engineering staff, who are well versed in handling the machines of this size and nature also assisted and provided support during the de-assembly of the demo aircraft.
The general feeling over the helicopter being at the Indamer hangar was of thrill and excitement. The support and infrastructure facility provided by Indamer was highly appreciated by the Sikorsky team and the team complimented saying that “The Sikorsky team would like to thank the Indamer team for their professionalism, enthusiasm and support, which made our stay at Juhu, which was the last on our tour, very rewarding”.

Indamer has tied-up with Jet brokers Europe to provide a complete solution to the Indian General Aviation Customers in pre-owned General Aviation market from buying an aircraft to maintaining it and also operating it for the customers.

Indamer is now capable to carry out L-16 inspection on Legacy 650 at Ahmedabad location
Indamer is now capable to carry out L-16 inspection on Legacy 650 at Ahmedabad location. We are now capable to carry out maintenance on Embraer EMB-135 (EMB-135BJ) aircraft fitted with RR3007A engines up to 96 Months/7200 Hours (L16), except 72 Months/ 4500 Hours/ 2700 Cycles (L12) inspection.
It is one of the highest levels of approval of its kind in Indian business aviation industry.
Indamer wins Government of Gujarat’s DAUPHIN AS 365N3 Maintenance & Operations Contract
Indamer Company has won the Maintenance & Operations Contract for the Government of Gujarat’s DAUPHIN AS 365N3 helicopter.
Indamer now maintains both fixed wing & rotary wing aircraft for Government of Gujarat, these being Dauphin AS 365N3 & Super King Air B200.Both the aircraft operate out of Ahmadabad base.
L4 Inspection on Legacy
The Embraer Legacy 600 is a business jet derivative of the Embraer ERJ 145 family of commercial jet aircraft. The Legacy 600 competes on the upper end of the small to midsized range of business jets and is considered a “Super Midsize” aircraft. It has seating for 16 passengers in three partitioned sections, or seating for 19–37 in airline-style seats.
Indamer maintains one (1) Legacy 600 at Hyderabad base and has added one Legacy 600 to its maintenance fleet at New Delhi. The first ever L4 inspection in India on a Civil Aircraft was performed successfully by Indamer.
About L4:
The L4 inspection is to be carried out every 1800 hrs /900 cycle/24 Months on Embraer Legacy 600 Aircraft. The inspection was carried out on the Embraer Legacy 600 aircraft , VT-CKP belonging to M/s Krishnapatnam port company private limited.
The Inspection started on 30th Sept 2011 and was fully completed on 18th Oct 2011.
The inspection was carried out at the Air India Hangar and some engineering facility at Begumpet airport was utilised for the same.
Indamer’s team consisting of Two A & C engineers, One Avionics Engineer and Five dedicated Technicians and three Helpers carried out this task successfully.
Special tools & equipments were arranged by the Indamer Planning & Logistics team, while the Quality team got all the required regulatory approvals for this inspection in time.
All other departments like Stores, Quality Control and CAMO were also instrumental for timely completion of this inspection.

Three highly accomplished business leaders and aviation experts join the Indamer board
Indamer has three new Board of Directors on the Board, effective November 2011.The new directors are Saroj K Datta, former Executive Director of Jet Airways (India) Pvt. Ltd.; Kanu B Gohain, former Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of India, Directorate General of Civil Aviation; and Sunil Gupta, Managing Director of DS Gupta Construction Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Saroj K Datta
Mr. Saroj K. Datta has been a pioneer in the Aviation Industry. He is known for his role in launching the Jet Airways as a core team member. He served as an Executive Director of Jet Airways from 1993 to September 30, 2011. Mr. Saroj Datta has over 40 years of experience in civil aviation in India and abroad and is an internationally respected aviation stalwart. He is known for his technical expertise in aviation matters, his zest to keep himself abreast of the latest developments in the aviation, the corporate and legal worlds and his eye for detail. Mr. Datta will be all eyes and ears for Indamer for customer interface, building stronger customer relations and taking the customer centric approach of Indamer to the next level.
Mr. Kanu Gohain
Mr. Kanu Gohain is a well known name in the India Aviation Industry. He was the Director General (of Directorate General of Civil Aviation) and demitted the post in November, 2008. During his long and illustrious career in the DGCA, he has also held various key appointments at Delhi and Mumbai regions. Mr. Gohain has a vast and varied experience of nearly 35 years in the Indian Aviation Industry encompassing areas of aircraft maintenance, aircraft accident investigation, aviation safety program management, aerodrome and airspace management, aviation regulations on personnel licensing, airworthiness and operations control. Mr. Gohain, with his understanding of the General Aviation Industry, knowledge and foresightedness will be the guiding force of Indamer.

Mr. Sunil Gupta is the Managing Director of D S Gupta Construction Pvt. Ltd. He has more than 25 years of experience in the construction field and as a business man he has gathered many accolades globally.
